Pluspunten
Employees are very friendly and very skilled at what they do. There is a lot to be learned here but most useful knowledge is gathered from the skilled workforce already in place who have no problem in helping eachother out.
Minpunten
The place is an absolute circus. Management haven't a clue what they are at and are a complete waste of space. HR will promise you a very prosperous career here but the place is like a ghost town, there is no work there for the employees. 15 employees were let go in their limerick site last week. Some of those 15 employees let go gave up full time employment under the illusion from HR that Optel was going to be a "big company" that "other companies will look up to". However after 6 months they were kicked to the curb. My advice for anyone thinking of applying for a job here do yourself a favour and look elsewhere because this place will not last long with the way it is being run.
