Pluspunten
I joined OE about a month ago. I was nervous about joining due to the many negative Glassdoor reviews. The company has changed so much apparently from what I can make in the last year. They are focused on the development of their staff and have invested heavily in the L&D department (which is excellent!!). There is plenty of support within the different departments you can just pick up the phone and ask any questions which Is such a relief. There is also plenty of room for progression within the store or the company. The bonus structure is great and they have wonderful Wednesdays where they appreciate their staff for good work done and they receive a prize too.
Minpunten
You will find some staff who are negative however it will be the same in any company. I struggle to find the cons as it's an ever changing environment which I really enjoy working in.
