      Pluspunten

      It is a fairly small company located in Reston, VA. They hire a lot of interns and still are a growing company. Since they are pretty small, you get to know everyone well. At the end of the summer internship they take you out on a "field trip". When I interned with them, we went tubing and wake boarding, which was a lot of fun.

      Minpunten

      Since they are pretty small, there is not much room to grow. In addition, it is sometimes hard to get reviews or help because they are so small and everyone is so busy.

      Pluspunten

      Fantastic company culture. Everyone is kind, willing to help, and dedicated. Stocked kitchen with great snacks. You'll never be caught doing menial tasks. As an intern, you're doing work comparable, though not quite as advanced, to the senior developers before the first month is up. Management does their best to make sure the interns are taken care of and learning a lot. They clearly care about what they do and the work all the employees put in.

      Minpunten

      The work is quality, but it probably isn't on the level of bigger/more complex companies. Much of the software does not require more than intermediate programming knowledge. This may be not be good to students who are looking for more aggressive or in-depth work.
