Honestly there are no pros to working here.

They tried to get me to use my own credit card for company expenses. They expect you to cover most of your food and expenses while traveling. Due to extreme disorganization, you will not get notice before being required to travel for days. Pay is low and they do not give raises to their US employees. The Belgian team is out of touch and do not care about the US employees. The CEO wears skinny jeans in his 50s and clearly has no idea what’s happening in the company. Always yelling at people for his mistakes. They are very unstable in the market, a lot of unhappy customers. HR is a joke and run by and extremely unprofessional woman. They provide almost no training.

Fijne en behulpzame collega's die met je meedenken om elke uitdaging de baas te kunnen. Open communicatie tussen alle niveaus. Ruimte om veel activiteiten te doen met je collega's, zowel na als tijdens de werkuren. Veel mogelijkheden om nieuwe dingen bij te leren en te groeien in je functie.

Net zoals elk snelgroeiend bedrijf loopt niet altijd alles van een leien dakje. Soms kan de communicatie beter en vlotter. De werkdruk kan bij momenten ook hoog zijn maar dit wordt achteraf voldoende gecompenseerd.
