Working at Optiweb was definitely one of the best career choices that not only enriched my professional know-how but has also provided me with an opportunity to meet some of the most talented, bright, joyful and genuine people. Starting at the top, Miha (CEO) embodies a can-do attitude and is also an inspiring leader with a strong vision. What he lacks in age and experience he more than compensates with his willingness to listen and to learn. Although an entrepreneur by heart, his strongest skill has to be his eagerness to provide the best working environment for his employees. It was his vision to grow the company into a place where people really love to work, where they are heard and where they can grow, both, professionally as well as on a personal level. Last and definitely not least, the thing that distinguishes Optiweb from other similar companies is definitely its employees.
