      Pluspunten

      - Very good swath of benefits to choose from ( I think I was given the option of near 13 or 14 health plans alone, plus other things like dental and vision and accident insurance), even have a zero dollar cost to employee plan that gives coverage. -Salary was fairly competitive for the market I lived and worked in.

      Minpunten

      - Start-Up atmosphere - changing directives and a major disconnect from top leadership to field management and 'home office' teams. - Felt very little value as an employee to this company, seemed that employees are very replaceable and saw co-workers get quickly replaced without warning.

      Pluspunten

      -Hybrid for support center employees so you're only in office 2 days a week -A lot of friendly people -IT is pretty good -Office and office building are both nice

      Minpunten

      -Not a lot of room for growth; management always seems to go outside of the company to fill roles instead of promoting from within -Benefits are pretty bad -Executives all work remote so you rarely see them, and I think that creates a disconnect between them and the rest of the workforce -The office space is nice, but it's way too big. Maybe 25% of the desks are filled and management segregates the employees by department so you can have weird things where one person sits in an area with 20 desks by themselves, while another section has 10 of 20 desks filled. -No new acquisitions right now buying practices because the shareholders are trying to sell the company
