Great doctors with a genuine love for their staff and their patients. It's a privilege to watch these doctors change lives with their passion to provide great eye health and vision to the patients. I have learned a tremendous amount from the doctors about how important eye heath is.

Corporate office has lost touch with life in the office with patients. No understanding that some patients require more time than a simple 20 minute appointment. Elderly, patients with serious eye issues or maybe just a patient that needs a little time having things explained! This is their eyes. The only set they get. The doctors shouldn't have to feel pressure to rush appointments. If patient care is considered they will be more likely to return and spend the precious money the corporate office is after. Corporate has also lost touch with staff. You can not continue to ask employees to give up family life and devote them self to a company that has no intention of giving a raise at the same time demanding more from each individual. Corporate is far from truthful and forthcoming about the policies. Not to mention rude when speaking to the people working the hardest. Bottom line, the corporate office needs to learn to care for their teams and their patients. That's how companies grow. If it weren't for the great doctors they would be another refract and sell shop like lens crafters. This company looks to be progressing to bankruptcy and will be without staff if they progress with the course they have charted.
