The only good thing about this job is that it's remotely and the peer support is the only thing keeping u sane.

First off don't give them your quit notice because they won't pay u or even if they pay you they will pay u a a pint of your salary. Now where should I start from? 1. The pay is very poor and not on par with the load of work they will bombard with. 100 CALLS every day with full script recitals is not a JOKE! Not to talk of the insults and curses you will be berated with from irate customers and you will be at the receiving end being used as a shield for incompetent employees. 2. They don't follow what is in the contract and will keep deducting your pay citing different obtuse reasons. 3. Now you will be responsible for buying fuel to keep powering the deadbeat laptop they usually provide for work which lasts about 20 mins or less. 4. They keep reducing data for work, so out of 35k of your salary(that is if they pay u in full) deduct the fuel and data money for the month. 5. No incentives even if you meet targets or close sales. And no holiday incentives or bonuses. The only bonus available you have to work for it and it's almost impossible to meet it hence why they give it. Also no holidays during Christmas and stuff. The only off days are public holidays. 6. They will encourage u to get a side hustle but all in all will overwork u extending work hours and days till you won't even have time for yourself. So except you're desperate for a job or don't have a choice or you don't mind all of these, then by all means suit yourself. *NB: I have never given a job review but this place "OUTCESS"is very toxic for your mental health. My opinion not worth it.
