The work culture has deteriorated over the years. They are prejudice and cast judgment if you are on a separate team. They do not care about your development or care to compensate fairly, they are constantly paying below industry average.

Really horrible training. Training is like a confetti popper...let's throw everything out at your and see what sticks and have high expectations at the same time. You will hear from other employees how your other coworkers talked behind your back. Basically, you will learn on your own, and your contract says that you may be given roles that are not in the job description advertised on job websites...jobs that you have no prior experience in or ever wanted.
