Pluspunten
Up until I left in mid 2017, the pros were:
Flexible scheduling - more than is customary for this profession
Good training
A reasonable approach to management (a team leader to report to) - I was never inundated with email or meetings, etc.
Minpunten
Some of the benefits to working for this company that you'll see on the internet were based on the years before it was part of iMedX. Whether that's mainly economy-driven or due more to corporate ethos, I don't know but I think they present it as the former.
Pay rates fell in 2017, making this company less advantageous to work for than it once was.
If working from outside Australia, you have to factor in the exchange rate on your earnings.
There's a lot to learn to meet their standards.
