Senior management has so much talent and passion. They are great mentors and I learned a lot while I was at PACE.

Minpunten

'Fit' seemed very important in some groups. I wasn't quite like the others in my group and I often felt uncomfortable. My career seemed to stall, so I left for another company. I feel valued at work again and my career is moving forward. Interestingly enough, it is also a much more diverse company.

Competitive salary, relatively consistent workload, hybrid schedule options, convenient office locations.

Minpunten

PMs are bad at communicating deadlines and expectations. PMs often do not properly delegate work, leaving some people overloaded and others without billable work. Racist and sexist comments are common, and no one in authority does anything to stop it. Managers talk politics loudly with each other and clients. Former owner still shows up and acts like he owns the place, getting people to work on projects he's doing after retirement. After I left I heard they sold to a big company with private equity as majority holders.
