7yThank you for taking the time to provide this feedback. In a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, we continually ask employees for transparent feedback and have taken steps to implement a consistent and comprehensive training process based on feedback we receive.
We are sorry to hear that you feel an employee was not treated by the Care. Know. Do. values that we live by every day. Transparency and honesty are at the core of these values, typically allowing for an open dialogue between leaders, teammates, and employees. Our managers are highly trained to have transparent conversations with employees and consistently address issues that arise, but we understand there may be multiple perspectives in any given situation. In the spirit of our core values of Care. Know. Do. we encourage you to bring these concerns to your leader for an open conversation about your observations and suggestions for change.
