10 freakin hours shift,Hardly any one who knows proper English including the managers,They tell at the beginning that there is no target in the job but it is a target based job,even to go to washroom you have to get your name written in a list by Our Mighty Idiotic Team leaders. It's like going back to freakin school. They tell you that u get 1.5 leaves per month.and when the employee asks for leaves they say u are lying.Non co operative people. They don't pay for weekend in training. They are partial towards girls and old employees beacause Old employee can even come on floor totally drunk and they are not told anything by anyone,at the same time if it's a new employee coming late from breaks they will start screaming and yelling also will threaten to cut the pay. I have never seen such a big Jerk Management in my life. Would highly recommend only to ball lickers coz they will enjoy working here. Salary comes in two halves 1st half on bloddy 7th and second comes on 12th. Hey why don't you guys give Tha salary on 20th instead idiots.People who have lost hope in themselves can work here because they need such type of people here.. Ones who are willing to grow please I beg u to never come to this place.I recommend 2 of my friends here who left the company in just 4 days..Just think about it. I still have much more to say but I don't wanna waste more of my time even thinking about that experience. Thank you.
