Generally full of older employees (mostly 40 year olds and older) and a lot of grandfathered employees who are educationally under qualified. Bonuses are not based on how much overtime you work. You could work a million overtime hours but never feel compensated for. Not enough transparency from management. The job itself is written as top notch, but in reality is quite simple that possibly only a high school diploma could suffice.
