Pluspunten
The drive to work was less than 5 minutes from my place. I worked around some very good professionals and gained valuable knowledge that helped enhanced my career. That is about the only good thing I can say about this organization.
Minpunten
Poor organizational leadership in place. Organization hires managers with no formal leadership training or experience, which is very alarming. No room for advancement and individuals who does advance, is because they are related to someone in upper management. Some cases, a job is created for an individual. The pay is not competitive and the organization does not conduct annual reviews. So do not expect a pay raise regardless of how long you been with the organization. The owner of the organization drives around in these very expensive collection of car but does not take care of his employees. Very selfish if you asked me.The employee morale is very low as a result of poor management styles. The company has a very high turnover ratio and has lost many talented workers. I do not recommend working at this organization because of the poor pay structure, lack of advancement opportunities, managers that have poor leadership styles (micro-manage), poor organizational leadership, questionable hiring practices, and other unethical practices.
