Moving long tenure employees into technical jobs just because they've been with the company for many years when they are incompetent for the role. No formal reviews , pay raises are scarce. Micromanaging from Directors which leads to Micromanaging from Managers and Team Leads. All US jobs are being filled offshore, leading employees to wonder the state of the company.
