      * coworkers in the field are great. * Loosely pick your own hours. * Clients are fine. * Certificate in your name.

      Minpunten

      * No overtime pay, no PTO balance paid out. * Will consistently work 10 hrs minimum due to high turnover. * You WILL destroy your personal car. What they pay out does not match the HIGH mileage. Burner car or nothing. * Former management (now director) very hostile. Will bring personal grudges or unfounded accusations. " Hostile office to field representative environment. * Contact to forceably hold employees. READ IT CARFULLY. They will charge you back thousands of quiting or termination. 90% of employees don't make it a year. * Now 3 yr contract or payback. * Loosing clients.

      They provide paid training for certifications, didn't micromanage, let me create my own schedule, provided benefits, a gas card, and monthly car maintenance allowance

      Over schedule inspections. They claimed overtime would be few and far in-between, but they never put a cap on the number of inspections they inspected. I was getting scheduled 10-20 per day, and they take about 1.5-2 hours per inspection. The inspections were spread out in a 1.5-2 hour radius away from the center of the city. Sometimes I would have 4-5 hours of drive time on top of 12-18 hours worth of inspections. Work in the elements. I got burnt out very fast. When I brought this to the office's attention, it fell on deaf ears. Eventually the squeaky wheel was replaced.
