Minpunten
No structure. The lack of resource and budget to do anything properly. The HR/people team don't seem to care about anything other than the companies corporate agenda. They have some wellbeing initiative that look and sound great but theese are only for the fortunate few in the main offices. Health and safety is non existant. The companies approach to covid is dangerous. Drink and drug culture is unhealthy.
