They hire mass groups who will most likely be fired in a few months. Then give the customers they signed to the few seasoned sales reps. It's cheap labor so their sales team doesn't have to do grunt work. They also have poor customer service practices which make it difficult to retain new clients and they WILL short your last paycheck, which is illegal!
