      Pml takes care of their employees. No nickle and diming field hands. Good steady work....so far.

      Minpunten

      Managed out of Houston by non geologist. They have EER as a primary client. Hire lots of idiots that will give you a bad name by association. No rhyme or reason to promotions, certainly not based on work ethic or intelligence!

      Pluspunten

      Excellent management, excellent support system when out on a job, good pay incentives and benefits. Good training, and they give you the tools and support to be able to succeed on the job.

      Minpunten

      12 hour shifts, might be far from home. But that is to be expected in this line of work.
