- Varied projects sometimes - Working on projects that is seen by possibly millions - Great people working there (not management) - You get to see early premiers of movies and invited to events

Minpunten

- Bad pay - You have to dedicate your life - Holidays are a joke - Has to be seen in the office - Management think they have a "culture" but in reality it's fake

Pluspunten

The team at Powster provided me with a very enriching and open environment that really pushed me to refine the skills that I had and learn a lot of new ones. They encouraged me to ask questions, make mistakes, and learn from them in every way possible. My managers were super welcoming, kind, and motivational!

Minpunten

Because of the pandemic, I wish I had gotten the opportunity to work in person and be able to interact and learn from everyone from the studio.

- They have a great documentation structure that makes everything easy to look up and understand on the team - They are patient and willing to help create a pathway to pave your career path - Management is very kind and relatable

Minpunten

- Bare minimum yearly raises - Too small of a team for the amount of clients it has - Hard to get company culture across countries
