Everyone helps each other, even if it's not in the same line of business. There is an open culture of sharing information, as well as opportunities to grow and try new things. The company is fully distributed so sometimes there may be late meetings or turnaround time is not as immediate.

I've found a lot of companies preach this but don't put a lot of practices in place. Management does a great job here listening to what you want and supporting you in any way they can. - Flexible workplace: POWr is about producing quality work-- not gluing you to your desk for 9 hours a day. As long as you're putting good work out there, management will work with your schedule.

i'm not sure... I had a great year and have no huge complaints. This was a great place that treats employees well.
