Minpunten

Really poor management/borderline offensive and unprofessional-ism from management. Newly hired employees quickly become a scapegoat. Internally very disorganized. Very high turnover occurs at PPD, they do not retain employees well. No recognition for quality of work. Expectations to work many extra hours for known (no overtime pay for most employees) no pay. Overall, just a not a good environment to work in, very uncomfortable.

Provided health insurance. Good coworkers Good exposure to team at client site If you have a good technical lead, the job can be great!

Minpunten

You have 2 bosses (Technical lead from Client Site) and your PPD boss. PPD Boss does not know what is going on If you have a bad technical lead, your life can be miserable. Pay is low No protection from abusive technical lead (coworkers on same team can have a drastically different experience)
