This is not where you go to make a career. This is where you go if you want to loose your mind and be Humiliated. Culture here is laughable. The MD sets the tone of the entire co. She is constantly yelling morning to evening. Acc to her no one is good enough. she is best. Use of foul language, screaming, shaming you in front of all office. This is really what a day at PRP looks like. There are other people she has trained to be like her. All other cos have media monitoring, here people are yelling from morning to read papers. They even changed the office timings because we are slaves who have to do whatever the MD wants. Somebody wrote about a AD who makes life miserable of team members... that’s 100% true. Since she is like MD, she gets protection from the MD. everyone is frustrated here. It’s a slave factory....stay as far as you possibly can.
