No cons. all good here. Just have to work 6 days a week from 8 to 8. Sometimes your one day in week may get cancelled if there is workload. Oh, did I mention you don't get to enjoy the govt holidays as well if you're working in factory? No? You can't most of the time.... Sometimes management brag about giving full holiday in religious holidays like Eid in some year. So you should get the idea.
