Pluspunten
1.No Pros. Will tell that they have fix working environment with 9 hours to work only in 24 Hours.But the office is open for 10 hours only, 2.If you are working for salary only then it is good.Salary comes on 1st of the month .But remember you are not going to learn anything.
Minpunten
1.You have to attend client call at 11:45 PM daily and then again you have to come at 10 am and If you are late they will cut salary saying your working hours is not completed. 2.Senior Employees knows nothing about the technology. 3.Client is like god you cannot say that they have doing wrong. 4.If you have to take 1 day leave then you have to work sat or sunday to complete one day task for that day, 5. "False promises to client",Even the employee left the organisation they will tell client that employee is working so that they can get his salary and ask employee to take calls. 6.No learning,You have to make status only so that client give money. 7.No HR ,No salary slips. 8.No activities,No fun.
