      Pluspunten

      I'm a former employee of PSM that has nothing but positive things to say about working at this company. The focus, outside of delivering quality work to their clientele, is on creating an amazing company culture and it shows. They somehow only seem to hire great people, build amazing internal teams where everyone really works amazingly well together, and really excel at creating a welcoming environment and have one of the best company cultures I've ever experienced in all my years in the IT field, across multiple organizations.

      Minpunten

      Although I enjoyed working at PSM and have nothing bad to say about the organization itself - the only con I would say, for me anyway, was that the clientele is primarily in the small to mid-size category. So, although they do have a handful of Enterprise-sized clients, they mostly deal with the SMB market - which is fine, but from a technological perspective - it can be limiting if you prefer working in larger environments and with more Enterprise-level technologies.

We do pride ourselves on maintaining a boutique-business workload internally while challenging ourselves to take on larger projects and clientele at a steady pace.

      Staff is very friendly and down to earth. If you need help ramping up theres always someone available to train/guide you.

      Minpunten

      Parking, you have to pay for it over by Lurie's children hospital, use spot hero for lowest rates.

      You have your shifts. And holidays. And all the weekend and night shifts that need covering throughout the year. Your phone might ring at any time if you thought you were off, asking to come in. Management will agree to anything the clients want If that means you don't have life outside of work for not much pay, step up and be a team player.
