Politics are PTC are tremendous - certain executives have friends, family littered throughout the organization promotion and pay is largely dependent on whether you have support from one particular executive Focus on quarter to quarter causes bad decisions for the business long term

Great people, customers, products. The culture has improved significantly over the past 5 years or so, and now feels like a relatively modern software company. Exec leadership is very good, Neil is fantastic.

Minpunten

Mid-level exec leaders, VP level, are still very political. Salaries are way below average.
