Pluspunten
I love the people I work with on a daily basis including my direct manager(s). I'm always being challenged and encouraged to develop my skills. You can transfer internally and many of the promotions come from within, so there are plenty of opportunities for growth. PTC has an excellent time-off policy and most managers are flexible in regards to your work schedule, if required. I believe that my compensation package is more than fair and I have always been taken care of at the right times.
Minpunten
Our health care benefits get worse every couple of years. We pay much more "out of pocket" expenses now and receive less care. PTC should cut back on the nonessential costs taking money away from their employees and families. The extra costs add up, mostly when you don't receive a raise that year.
