Pluspunten
PWI does not let internal politics or bureaucracy get in the way of progress and development. They look at their employees as individuals and make decisions based on what’s best for them and the talent they bring to the organization rather than trying to find and fill a predefined hole. They care about their people both professionally and personally. Professionally, they support your individual development and make pathways for your career ambitions. Personally, they make efforts to understand your home/family needs and support them as well. If there’s not a way, they will find a way which is refreshing given that so many business decisions at other organization are rigid and often don’t take their employees into consideration. Employees are “people” at PWI, not “staff.” You feel valued as a human, not just as human capital. It’s a good feeling.
Minpunten
Given employees are spread across various project sites and office locations, it can be hard to connect with other colleagues. Luckily, though PWI makes efforts to join the employees through events like the holiday party and investing in internal communication systems.
