0 learning in project management, QA, BA department and the reason is, PNC always believe in hiring junior staff may be because they are available in less salary. No work life balance 0 investment on resources in terms of training and development. No recognition of your efforts no matter what you do for them. They won't event tap your back. Sales department is dominant and obviously because they bring business. So the time line they commit is unrealistic and the cost of the project is way less than that in the market. Sales team always stand on the shoulder of developers to get things done as quickly as possible and by hook or crook. HR policies are pathetic. Holidays neither are observed according to USA nor to Pakistan. If they give you 3 holidays for eid, will call you in very next gazzated holiday. Salary is increased once you threat to leave the organization or if they feel that you are planning to leave. Owners are very immature, they come under influence of anyone and point their guns or throw you under the bus on someone else's advise, they will listen to once sided story and take a decision instead of listening to other party. Abuses and calling bad names are common in between owners and they will abuse you as well when they feel it's needed. No extra benefit other than salary. No medical No bonus even if they promise you to put your extra efforts and meet impossible time line. Treat you like your enemy when you resign from their organization even if you have given them a big part of your life. Will definitely deduct salary of 4 to 5 days of your last month and that will become policy of the organization.
