      This is a start-up environment where processes are still being built out. This isn't actually a con since you get to really put your mark on things, but you'll want to make sure you're the kind of scrappy person who likes rolling up their sleeves if you want to join Pactum during this promising phase of development and rapid growth.

      - opportunity to improve communication and connectivity amongst orgs; however, they are working on it. - streamlining actual comms (a very slack IM oriented place)

      Remote work friendly, good pay. That’s about it. The sales team (reps only) are fantastic.

      Minpunten

      The company is far from thriving. The leadership structure is a complete disaster. They give huge company updates in slack and expect people to change their whole process based on one slack message and zero training. The CEO doesn’t understand how sales works at all. No one even knows what Pactum sells because leadership isn’t clear on the vision. People are quitting on a weekly basis.
