Not a difficult boss situation but way beyond that to actually downright abusive. No career advancement opportunities. No pay raises. Benefits change to different medical insurance provider annually depending on who is cheaper and coverage expensive and not great. Pay well below industry standards. Nobody is doing sales or marketing (everyone left) and business suffers which fuels the hostile environment.
