Communication could be better, as the senior leadership team is out traveling and getting new business a lot.

Paid Time Off, good medical plan, nice office environment, A&E perspective. Office is looking to grow and improve. Work hard, meet expectations and complete assigned tasks = Happy Work environment. Hands on, but not micro, management.

Normal for a small consulting company. Can't hide from your mistakes like in a large company. Own them and improve.
