Team of experienced, creative, and friendly engineers are amazing to work with. Work for a variety of industries and requirement levels. Challenges can be unique to each project, but I rarely saw a project truly stump the team. Company Beer Night: share a beer with coworkers and vendors who regularly bring tasty drinkables (not all beer).

Minpunten

Small company: not much room for growth within the company, egos can be large, ideas can be entrenched. Compensation increases were difficult to negotiate.
