Pluspunten
flexibility (you even set your own hours), okay side income
Minpunten
The company is getting rich on the backs of its raters, but the management treats them without any respect. They expect the raters to work long hours on their own, doing work which requires language skill, high concentration and attention to detail (often tedious!), but they offer no recognition of raters' skills and hard work. Instead, the company seems to constantly change its "metrics", so as a rater you can never get it right, no matter how hard you work. You only hear from management when you have failed to follow their metrics, often despite your best efforts (and then they will threaten to fire or demote you!). In addition, pay is never adjusted to inflation, while the Christmas gift (bonus?) gets smaller every year.
