Low-pay with management quick to justify it rather than fairly compensate you. "What have you done for me lately" is management's entire perspective on their employees despite calling everyone family. HR is a near non-existent department run by one person who works part-time. Your exit interview is a worksheet you submit to the person the interview should be held with. You will be expected to be unwaveringly loyal to a company that will fire you at a moment's notice. Disgusting.
