slowly dying sector Physical sales of DVD's, blu-ray tanking fast and being replaced by digital Retail industry in turmoil, margins squeezed which means less shelf space for DVD product and with a lot of competition from studios trying to flog release after release it's a tough gig. pay isn't that great but outweighed by the fun working culture.
