Good coworkers, flexibility in scheduling.

Minpunten

Managers play favorites and don't care about the opinions of their employees, if they don't like someone they will watch their every move to get them fired. No respect for anybody. They are losing business and refuse to keep up with current trends to bring in business from other age groups besides the elderly. Daily health code violations.

Starts all employees at $1.00 an hour above Ohio's minimum wage in an effort to attract and retain high quality people. Managers care about their staff and treat them with respect . Very little turnover, most people have been there for many years. Restaurants are very clean and well maintained. Family owned and operated for over 57 years and still going strong.

Minpunten

They have very high standards for their staff and do not tolerate negative attitudes, immaturity or sub-standard performance. You may not last long if you fail to live up to these expectations.
