Ability to expand knowledge about Pharma/Biopharma field

Minpunten

Way too many managers, micro managed, management has limited reimbursement knowledge and no actual hands on insurance billing and appeals processes. Management hires temps to work, no accountability, management will work the employees worse then a sweat shop. No recodnition of employees accomplishments.

full service CRO, lots of capabilities and resources for global studies. good at linking up resources/talent to study needs. very inclusive and good at recognizing talent. people are seen and best contributors are usually taken care of.

Minpunten

lots of changes being rolled out with limited transparency. contracting can be challenging. site payments and study closeout are areas that need improvement.
