Pariveda Solutions has been an incredible place to start and continue my career. Additionally, Pariveda has transparent pay practices where you do not need to worry about promotion limits or caps. If you want to pursue development off the beaten track in other areas outside of technical implementation, it is difficult to achieve this in the lower levels at the company. You really have to pave your own way, advocate and create space for yourself for other disciplines in the product, UX/CX, business, and strategic spaces since this work is not the "bread and butter" of projects sold.
