Pluspunten
1. You'll find plenty of empty seats in the office to choose from if you ever join the company.
Minpunten
1. No Directions: When we all first joined the company, it showed promise with a clear vision and defined strategic goals. However, this year, it has become increasingly evident that management has lost its way. There have been frequent changes in direction and shifting priorities, which have left employees feeling uncertain and less productive. This lack of consistent leadership has made it difficult for teams to focus and achieve their goals effectively. 2. Delayed Payments & Paydays: The company has faced cash flow issues, resulting in significant delays in payments to influencers across most countries. These delays have stretched for months, causing frustration and financial strain for those dependent on timely payments. Similarly, senior staff members also experienced delays in receiving their salaries, although these issues were recently resolved. Such financial instability has undermined trust and morale among employees who rely on timely compensation. 3. Blame Culture: One of the most troubling aspects of the company's culture is its pervasive blame game. When campaigns or projects fail to meet expectations, management tends to shift blame onto departments rather than taking accountability. This blame culture fosters a toxic work environment where employees feel undervalued and unfairly targeted. Instead of addressing systemic issues or providing constructive feedback, management's finger-pointing leads to demotivation, low morale, and ultimately, high turnover rates. 4. High Turnover: The lack of clear direction and consistent management has contributed to a significant exodus of talented employees. Many of the company's best minds have chosen to leave, citing frustration with the chaotic work environment and perceived mismanagement. This mass departure has left remaining staff members struggling to cope with increased workloads and responsibilities, further exacerbating the company's operational challenges. 5. Negative Talk: Within the company, there is a troubling tendency among some leaders to speak negatively about staff and internal stakeholders. Such behaviour not only undermines trust and respect but also creates a divisive atmosphere where teamwork and collaboration suffer. Professionalism dictates that internal discussions should focus on constructive feedback and solutions rather than personal criticisms, which can erode team morale and cohesion. 6. Layoffs behind closed doors: The company has implemented layoffs in a manner that lacks transparency and fairness. Employees are presented with ultimatums: either accept a role change with reduced pay or face termination. This covert approach to downsizing undermines trust and job security among employees, leading many to feel pressurized into leaving the company under unfavourable conditions. Such practices not only damage employee morale but also tarnish the company's reputation as an employer of choice. 7. Lack of Empathy: There appears to be a systemic lack of empathy towards mothers within the company. They are often unfairly stereotyped as unable to work overtime or fulfill their responsibilities due to family commitments. This discriminatory mindset not only perpetuates gender biases but also ignores the valuable contributions that working mothers make to the workforce. Such attitudes can create a hostile work environment where individuals feel undervalued based on their family status rather than their professional capabilities. 8. Fictional Scriptwriters: Management has been known to invent reasons or stories to explain employee departures, rather than addressing the underlying issues. This practice not only fails to resolve systemic problems of mismanagement and poor leadership but also erodes trust and transparency within the organization. Employees deserve honesty and clarity regarding organizational challenges and changes, rather than misleading narratives that obscure the real reasons behind turnover. 9. Provocative Rumours: The unfolding of a high-level rumoured entanglement. Such scandals not only divert attention from business priorities but also tarnish the company's trust and reputation. This situation can create divisions within the company and leave employees questioning the organisation's ethical standards and leadership integrity. 10. "Leadership is action, not position": It is evident that the management has lack of leadership experience as he feels that he is highly effective at securing large number of investors for Partipost and considers himself unrivalled in sales within the company. However, during crisis management challenges, he has chosen to go for a holiday, leaving the team to manage on their own for weeks. This lack of crisis management ability has left employees feeling neglected and unsure. If he were willing to humbly face challenges alongside the team, he might earn their respect and foster a more supportive environment to go through this crisis. Instead, he continues to exhibit arrogance and gaslighting behaviour.
