Easy job. Just sit there and answer phones. It got pretty busy and stressful, but the job itself is very easy. I enjoyed the job and the fast paced environment, but what did me in was the way the company is run.

Easy job. Just sit there and answer phones. It got pretty busy and stressful, but the job itself is very easy. I enjoyed the job and the fast paced environment, but what did me in was the way the company is run. Where do I start... Pay is bad, there's no checks and balances for "management" -- Management consists of the owner and his manager puppet. Terrible training program, rules and scripts change on a whim, and legal documents and contracts are written by employees who have zero legal education. Unfortunately the company is doomed unless "management" is cleaned out.
