-Great patients and families...it's always a beautiful experience to build relationships between your patients and to get to know them... -They try to pay for gas...it's not enough but they try...
Minpunten
-The management...all the way from the top down it's absolutely horrible...the way they treat their nurses and the way they brush you off is degrading...they run you all over the place and they don't compensate you for sending you to places that are either too far for you, too dangerous for you, or both...bottom line is this isn't a good place for nurses... -The pay...it's petty to complain about pay but when your place of work runs you for over 60 hours every week nonstop and pays you very minimally for the work you do for them it's insulting...start as late as you can newcomers because you're working past 6 everyday with the amount of charting they require from you... -The charting...it's an ancient system...it's repetitive...it takes up your entire life...you sit at home from 4-10 charting and charting and charting the same thing over and over and over again... -The hours...they make you go out at ungodly hours to admit a patient or to do a CC without even a please or thank you...then they make you chart for at least 2 more hours on something you just charted in the SNF...you work at least 60 hours a week for very poor pay if you think about how much you work for this company and how stressful they make your life... -The management...I can't stress enough how horrible they are...they say go here...go there...do this...do that...no please and thank you...no asking if you have something else to do like oh say charting for them...or maybe you have a family to take care of...nurses are continuously unhappy and are constantly leaving because they're not respected and they're not paid enough to build this company to what it is and what it's become...
