Pluspunten
When I was in high school, I applied for a position at Patio1 in the distribution center to make extra money during the summer. Two weeks later i got my first job at Patio1. I loved it so much, I consistently worked for two summers before graduating high school. Fast forward 10 years, graduating from college, I was working in a corporate world. I want it to something different from my career,, and since Patio1 was my first job and enjoyed it so much, I decided to go head apply again for a management position at one of the showrooms . I was amazed when I found out that 90% of the people I worked with when I was in high school during my summer job, were and still are still with the company. It Simply shows the loyalty and the culture of the company which created a environment to keep their employees happy. I am blessed currently to be part of patio1 team.

It is a benefit to be given a lot of responsibilities and grow as a professional , but for those who are not the right fit I can see how it could be challenging because we are accountable to a high standard. which makes us even better.
