Pluspunten
Pattern is a fantastic company to work for. It's fun to work for a company that seems to be doing all the right things- the business model is extremely solid and the culture is fantastic. It's a great time to be in ecommerce, and I feel fortunate to work with the best in the industry. The company is growing like few (if any) others in Utah are, and I feel extremely confident in the long-term trajectory of the company. For all the progress we've made, I feel like we are just scratching the surface. I've never worked anywhere that provides so much opportunity for autonomy, strategic thinking and learning, collaboration, and challenging problems to solve. That, combined with the fact that the culture is exceptional, makes Pattern a top-notch place to work.
Minpunten
Because we are growing so quickly (which is good), we haven't been immune to certain growing pains. That can create inefficiencies and lack of structure at times, but that isn't at all uncommon for companies in such a high-growth stage, and isn't anything the people here can't effectively solve for.
