      Pluspunten

      - Working from anywhere is normal and I frequently work from home or abroad - I have super friendly and fun colleagues across all teams to collaborate and to play ping pong with. - The competitive spirit paired with open and supportive culture, means I'm pushed to grow consistently and am supported when I make mistakes or have a high workload - Great benefits ( weekly deliveroo credit, fruit deliveries at home twice a month, private health insurance, etc... )

      Minpunten

      - The head office is in Paris, which is great to travel to a. However, the leadership resides mostly there and is not as much connected to the UK office. (Definitely improved over the last 6 months but still a way to go )

      The teammates I worked with were pleasant and nice to work with. You can work from anywhere (within certain countries in the EU).

      Minpunten

      Need managers who are more experienced in managing people. Leadership can make you feel guilty and not competent in your job - makes you second guess yourself if you are qualified because of the obstacles they throw at you. Feels impossible to climb the career ladder. Work-life balance is up to you on how you manage your hours etc, but it can be hard to manage with all the topics that are given to you.
