Minpunten

Absolutely everything else. This is the most destructive and toxic environment I have ever worked in. There is no work/life balance. The managers are not qualified & power-hungry. They walk around the office texting and stand behind you as you're making calls. They don't offer any constructive feedback. They threaten to fire you every week. They don't let you take time off. No matter how hard you work, it will never be enough. You're not good enough unless you prove your "worth" by staying in the office until 8PM every single night. The managers lie to you, each other, the customers, and even upper management. They have very little understanding for family/life emergencies. They literally do not care. They expect you to make an unreasonable amount of calls per hour while still logging notes into the database. People cry in the office on a daily basis because of the stress. TOXIC, TOXIC, TOXIC. NOT WORTH THE MONEY.

You can make a lot of money if you are in the right territory and have a good client base that hasn’t been oversold by previous AMs. The training is very good and you will make good friends! The people they hire are smart and fun to be around

Minpunten

If there has been high turnover in your territory it will be hard to sell as the clients have products that have not been properly implemented and are likely gun shy to purchase. It will also depend how “over promised/under delivered” their experience with new business is. The work/life balance can, and probably will, become very toxic. You are on the road constantly if you have a travel heavy territory which makes it difficult to get admin work done during business hours. You will be working before and/or after work - probably on the weekends as well. Ask for transparency in your territory assignment. You want to know how far your furthest client is as you will have to go see them in person at some point
