With that comes opportunities both personal and professional and it's unlike anything else I've ever experienced. Management is continuously finding ways that they can improve the customer service role day-to-day. The individuals that make up the senior management in the service department actually care about their employees. I can't say that I've worked in other places where they work each day to improve not only themselves but those that work in their department. This is the only place I've worked for that gives their employees the opportunity to be heard on several platforms and actually takes the feedback given and makes positive changes. This company has given me so many opportunities that I wouldn't have thought possible and I can't even begin to imagine where it will take me in the future. I'm so glad that I was given the opportunity years ago to join this company and that I didn't give up along the way!
