Pluspunten
The company is completely remote, which adds a great flexibility for the employees. Also, it has a great culture, and the employees and managers are very friendly. The working hours are flexible, and we get to meet a couple of times a year. And they respect the vacations, holidays, and the number of working hours/week, so they don't ask for any extra unpaid working time.
Minpunten
The company is doing great work for many big publishers, which sometimes could lead to a bit of stress due to the huge load of work. So it might not be a good fit if you're looking for a regular corporate job.
